What does the future of air travel hold? Odds are it will appear on the show floor at Aircraft Interiors Expo a few years before it flies, and we’ve got a report from the show.
Trade shows are back, and so are we. Greetings from Hamburg and the 2022 edition of the Aircraft Interiors Expo.

When APEX, AIX and IFSA get together there should be enough going on to generate some interesting news. Or, perhaps not. The annual Fall trade show bonanza was slow this year, but we still managed to find a few things to talk about.
We’re back in Hamburg for the 2019 edition of Aircraft Interiors Expo, talking about the new and fun developments in the industry and what passengers can look forward to flying with in the coming years.
AIX is the place to be for a look at what the future of air travel will be. This year’s show included bunk beds (even in economy!) plus a self-service cookie warmer. And lots of other things way more likely to fly at some point.
What’s next for seats, internet and entertainment on airplanes? Aircraft Interiors Expo is the place to find out and here’s this week’s show wrap up.
