DLD 272: Customer service is hard

A large group of people is gathered around a counter at an airport. Some individuals are holding documents and mobile phones, while others appear to be engaged in conversation or waiting. Travel in India is hard. And when it goes sideways it can go really sideways. A mix of delays and cancellations this week brought that into stark relief and we’re talking about it on the show.

DLD 190: Get your engine running, head out on the skyway
